wow grapefruit juice is a powerful stimulant on the thyroid, hormone, and metabolism when added to a diet already with plenty of sugars from various sources , it probably does good things to the internal organs as far as cleansing along with high fiber . but i wouldnt reccomend over doing the grapefruit juice as it makes your metabolism go too fast with a caffiene sugar based diet and it should only be implemented in your diet once a week, you wont be able to hold any food youll be shitten gassy and far too sleepy if continued for more than 2 days at a time but you wont get fatter you get leaner so its good for like a sunday when you are by yourself.
monday was a coffee sugar based day all day plenty of water 2-3 gallons of water carbs , chips, vanilla chocolate barely malt shakes in water wheat flour and sugar i beleive, pancakes, candybars, no icecream, no dairy no meat, plenty of energy
