great for him! he must had tons of loose skin...wonder how it looks now, how good can they fix that with surgery

Thinking the same thing...you can tell in that pic near the end where he looks about 100 lbs lighter that he'd have at least 60 lbs of loose skin by the end. I think they mean no surgery to lose the weight, but definitely surgery to get rid of the loose skin at that level of obesity.
