hahahaa, there's been like 30-40 guys in the world who have closed the #3 COC gripper, he claims to be very close to closing it.

think u are misinformed here sf... there have been a good number of people to close the #3. The list is on ironmind and im pretty sure its well over the 100s. I have a #3 myself but it hurts my whole body everytime i try to close it

Funny how you guys equate size with forearm strength. I know 170 lb to 195 lb guys who would smoke this guy in armwrestling. These same guys have forearms less in size but stronger. Feel the grip of a real pro armwrestler. And you guys are making fun of the guy from Getbig lifting the Rolling Thunder in the picture when you guys wouldn't be able to lift that same weight. Amazing how people who haven't done shit can make fun of the people who have actually done it. Unbelievable you have to put someone down to make you feel better. Considering where SquadFatter lives nd the fact he doesn't really train it is safe to say he has never lifted a Rolling Thunder. yet he can make fun of someone who has and posted a pic of it. Amazing! I guess we are lucky to have such a seasoned lifter as SquadFatter on Getbig to humble everyone.

Really where am I bitter. I point out facts and I am bitter. then if that is the case then yes I am bitter.

And actually everything is going really so far. The eating habits have changed 180 degrees and my strength is better. I no longer do cardio at the gym Way to boring for me. So I lift then I walk in this park off Blue Diamond. It is really hilly and it is a lot less boring. Plus I walk in the casinos a lot. I bet I get in a couple miles a day now. By the end of February I will be at least 100 down if not more. We'll see.

I do that cause I can. He has done nothing in his life yet criticizes everyone even when they post pics showing them doing something. He makes fun of this guy even when he posts a pic doing it. His comeback is making fun of his arm size. Shows how truly ignorant he is. He can shit all he wants but when it comes down to it, it is all shit. He has done nothing to be able to criticize others. But I understand it is his way of making himself fell better and bigger. So at times you have to ignore it and let him go. He is the type of guy that if trained at a real gym with guys who really train they would have him be the last guy in rotation and walk away when it was his set. In other words he tries to fit in but just can't. But, that has to do with where he lives and how he grew up. It is something he can't help. But, now with the internet and forums like this he can talk a great show without having to back anything up or prove anything.
