Arnold & Franco VS. Bayou Bruiser
« on: December 25, 2007, 10:08:19 AM »
This was told to me by Frank Zane while I was a student at his Zane Experience a couple of years ago.

Arnold and Franco were training in the old Gold's in Venice, with Zane also pumping away nearby.

All the while, there was this large, burly, mountain of a man who, as described by Frank, may have been one of those contestants in those "logging" contests you see on ESPN these days...you know...whoever chops up the log the fastest...

He was big, strong, but hardly refined in hbis training.

At the end of every set of inclines, he'd get up and start hollering something in Cajun...and then throwing a few Karate moves.

Well, you can only imagine the delight this struck in Arnold.

It wasn't long before he was making fun oif this guy, mimicking him, poking fun at him in every which way possible.

Now...here's the thing.

This guy had no idea who Arnold was.

And he took issue with the ":king" of bb's fun at his expense.

Words were exchanged, and, as Arnold was, i9ndeed, Arnold, he'd thought the guy would just back down.

He didn't.

And he proiceeded to beat the fuck out of Arnold.

It was so bad the 'fight' spilled into the street, and only until Franco jumped in anmd BIT A HUNK OF FLESH OUT OF the cajun's leg was the fight deemed over.

Hell, kid, I have enough to know and remember in my world, as I am sure you do. Don't know why these guys can't just say what they mean. I am a big boy...I won't cry.

Either way, all are embraced by me as friends.

I do and will.

I am a bit leery of some of the less appreciative, sarcastic members of this board.

I am actually ashamed guys that are so disrespectful are fellow Americans.

They don't really bother me, it just seems a waste to share such pearls with those who are not familiar with appreciation.

I have GREAT stories when I acted as chiropractor for many of the WBF (McMahon's) defunct bb league.

More to come,

Mike
