Yeah, but he can compete in only 3 shows (Aussie, NZ, and Japan), and it doesn't matter how well he does there because he can't do the O or the ASC.  Also, he can't represent a company at an expo at a US show, and can't guest-pose at a NPC show.

Even if he gets away scott-free on the charges, his career is over.

Just because you are holding a script doesn't mean you are "legal". Email HRT Dr, Dr John Crisler and tell him what scripts you had, what your diagnosis was, and ask him if you are legal. Please tell all bodybuilders how it's possible to use Dianabol legally, I'm sure everyone would love to know.

a prescription for steroids is not legal. Not for the doctor to write, not for the pharmacy to fill, not for the "patient" to hold. Not in any state in America.

the roids you obtained for your contest were NOT for a medical disorder. a doctors scrip doesn't imply "legal". what you and your doctor did was illegal.

I think having a 'script pretty much takes the rsponsibility off Joe and puts it on the Doc.  How is Joe supposed to know what is and is not an "approved" medical therapy?  That's the doctor's job.  Bottom line... an MD prescribed medicine, he took it.

Dianabol was volintarily discontinued by Ciba in 1983. I am pretty sure that it would be legal for a Dr to prescribe it and have the generic compounded by a pharmacy since it was once a FDA approved drug.

Yep.  And very rarely do "steroid-heads" rob stores at gunpoint or stab women for their purses.  Crackheads seem to do this a tad more.
