clavinh i must say you are my missing brother, seriously

If you dont mind me asking.... what kind of weight and exercises were you guys hitting today?
Not trying to sound gay but it was a rapid fire,shoulders,traps,and tri's workout he had to go to work after,and I had to be someplace also

we literally took no rest between sets.ask Nat,he was sweatin like a hooker in church

so we didn't get super heavy.
we started with seated barbell shoulder presses{probably 6 sets including warm up},side dumbell raises,underhand straight bar raises from the front,bent over cables for the rear delts. all for 4 sets.then one of those trap machines where you load the plates yourself.I love doing traps so I went 1 plate each side for 20,2 plates per for 20,3 plates per for 15,4 plates per for 13,and then 5 plates per for 12.
then we did pulldowns with our backs to a pad so no cheating,a modified version of skull crushers where you use dumbells intstead of a barbell,and finished with one of the triceps machines.again probably 6 sets of the first to warm up then 4 sets on from there.
