Your computer should have a "Paint" function.

Go into "Paint"

Click "File" and choose your pic to Open

Then click "Image" at the top of the page and then click "Stretch/Skew"

Then put in some smaller numbers to shrink your pic and try to post.

Looking forward to some new pics to "discuss"

I have absolutely no idea what Capri pants are (it must be an American thing) - what I am wearing in that pic is what I would call camouflage-style shorts. I have several pairs and the reason why I am wearing them is because it was a bit hot that day.
