This time of the year is the best in the gym. It's almost a guarantee that some slob who hasn't worked out in years will get on the flat bench, put 2 plates on each side, and then not be able to get the bar off of his chest so the plates go flying off each side. But for the most part, the New Years Resolutioners don't get in my way because they mostly just use machines, the swiss balls, or cardio equipment.
