Yeah, somewhere between 2.5 - 3 hours, including about 5 - 10 mins of rest in-between sets (longer breaks for heavier stuff like Deadlifts, squats etc), just so you can lift your max weight for the second set. Doesn't matter if it's biceps or back or legs or whatever

Yes and make sure you get your full 5 gallons of water in that day.
I drink about 4 liters during a workout session, which is a little over 1 American gallon (3.7 liters)
