I thought that looked like Welly, but I was under the impression you were still on your OE.

We'll see if we can train together when you come up here in March - would love to see if you can hang in there for the full 3 hours while we lift hard and heavy

Yes and make sure you get your full 5 gallons of water in that day.

Yeah, somewhere between 2.5 - 3 hours, including about 5 - 10 mins of rest in-between sets (longer breaks for heavier stuff like Deadlifts, squats etc), just so you can lift your max weight for the second set. Doesn't matter if it's biceps or back or legs or whatever

It also gives you plenty of time to catch up with mates, check out any hot chicks working out and also scout out some material for Getbig
