I finished my last cycle about 3 months ago. But now, all of a sudden, my gyno is getting worse. what is the best way to reduce this? Is novadex the way to go?

Nolva NOW! Your low test level now makes you more prone to it. BLock it now, get to the Dr if need be.

I experienced my 1st round with gyno about 3 weeks ago. Test prop 100mg EOD and tren 75mg EOD. So I was injecting everyday. Now, I decided to stop cutting and start bulking so I took some slow acting test e and deca. In the overlapping peroid is when my left nipples swelled and hurt. I knew what it was so I took 40mg Nolvadex for 3 days and then kept taking for another 5-6 days. It subsided and now...about 3 weeks later perfectly normal. Btw, I'm not prone to gyno or I think I might have been screwed.

i think mid summer im going to run a cutting cycle.. just like 8 weeks long...i want to run a strong anti-aromatose like letro for the fat los effects, as well as getting rid of some gyno i developed.... do you think 8 weeks of letro would be enough to get rid of ggyno?

Water loss, not fat loss. Only will help lose that "bloat" associated with some gear.

I wouldn't bet on letro getting rid of your gyno dude. Fat loss helps make it look much smaller. But gettin rid of it, even letro cant do that.

Not completely but will shrink it down to where it is not noticable at all. Knocked mine down nicely.... Only way to get rid of it permantly is to cut out the gland iteself.

Not your bro, thanks for the education once again That has nothing to do with what he asked. Letro will not help burn bodyfat, will help drop some water. His question had nothing to do with the "Fattening Effects of Estrogen" ....sounds like the title to your new book, no?

Letro will not help burn bodyfat, while i dont have any experience with letrozol personally, all studies and and articles on the effects of eliminating, or reducing, estrogen show that it helps to burn fat.

*Letro will not burn fat...it has nothing to do with burning fat.
*The more estrogen you have floating around, the higher probability you have that your body will store fat...more estrogen can often equal more bodyfat. More bodyfat also leads to producing more estrogen...it's a two edged sword.
*If you take letro, you do reduce the amount of estrogen floating around in your body, but you do not begin burning more fat because of the letro. Granted, you will have less estrogen in your body, so it will be easier to burn fat, but the burning of the fat has nothing to do with the letro itself.
*Letro will not remove/get rid of bad gyno...it can shrink it though.
*If no gyno exist and a very small amount starts to show up, letro will shrink it to the point of non existence...however, it did not get rid of it completely, it's still there, you just can't see it.
*Once you have gyno, you have gyno, the only thing to eliminate it completely is to have the glands removed...which I would like/plan on having done sometime in the future because I'm tired of worrying/dealing with it.
Hope this helps

premise 1= letro causes a reduction in estrogen
premise 2= a reduction in estrogen causes and easier burning of fat.
conclusion= letro causes an easier burning of fat.
basic logic...

Someone asked what Gyno surgery cost, 5000 dollers, its cosmetic so no help from health coverage and the first thing they will tell you is that there is a chance of it coming back.
hope this helps

didnt someone on here get their gyno surgery covered by their insurrance by getting the doctor to say it was being removed for 'abnormal growth' and not cosmetic reasons? something like that

Yes, my insurance paid for it. I just said that I had had it since my teens, but for some reason it was all of a sudden getting worse and I was worried about it. I asked the doctor to submit the insurance claim explaining that they were concerned about the growth and that they sent it away for testing.
Also, I did not mention gear. The doctor joked around with me that smoking weed sometimes causes gyno. I don't think he had a clue what was really going on. I am pretty lean at this point and it is not obvious that I "supplement" my workouts.
