If you tell your doctor it has always been there and it's starting to get painful then your insurance will probably cover it. Especially if you lie and mention something like there is a history of cancer in your family or make up an uncle who had male breast cancer or some shit like that. If your surgeon wants to make a quick $5000 he will find a way to make your insurance pay for it.
To even talk to any surgeon that does this treatment cost 100 dollars, You get this done at the same place that Women get breast implants and most places are booked several months in advance; your acting like they are desperate for bussiness. I don' t doubt that there is way for insurance to cover, but very unlikely and if your lucky chances are you are goiing to a surgeon that hasn't had much experiance in the field in comparison to a successful plastic surgeon clinic.
Oh and another thing if you even look like half a bodybuilder you aint getting any cherity.
