I dunno what all the big fuss about Brian Buchanan was - in my opinion his waist was actually too small - looks stupid. And that's the only pose you ever see of him as well - he probably looked shit in all the others.

Those are some ugly pictures witch really sabotages the reputation of the sport.

There are still a lot of good guys with tiny waist who control what they do and some who are gifted and there waist will remain tiny no mater what.

Ronnie has a tiny waste but his stomach is distended but art has a wide midsection same goes to jay. Nothing drug related its just genetics and structure. If you look at jay in 93 you can tell that he started bodybuilding with small arms and wide midsection.

No the gut he got because of abuse but his tiny waste is genetic so even with the huge gut his waist is still small. His structure in the midsection is tiny the gut doest widen the midsection. So examples like jay and art did have the wide to begin with.

What I am saying is the gut occurs cause of abuse. But the wide midsection is genetic. Once you can tell the difference between huge guts and wide midsection you will know what I am saying.

any of you think that they get the distented gut and big waist from the food they have to eat? i mean think about it, you dont get that big without some serious food . i hear jay eats 1000 carbs a day. only a machine can do that. sure most will say drugs. i say food.
