Honestly, if any of I-One's claims are true, he should have no problem dominate non-tested benchpress competitions (if he's on "HRT"

).

I just came home from the gym, as it happens one of the best sub-juniors in the world in the 165 lbs division, was there training. He pressed 320 raw, but sure as hell wasn't light weight for him.

I-One would've kicked this guys ass so bad its not even funny.

But it seems unlikely that he would be some 80 lbs stronger than the very world elite of todays sub-juniors?

Granted, this kid that I trained with today is drug-free.

i agree with you, i have no doubt that Joe is a strong guy but 400 pound bench press at age 15 and 165 pounds or a raw 535 at 181 bodyweight later on? not as long as the grass is green and the sky is blue.

Pec-tear or no pec-tear, he should still be able to benchpress 445 lbs without a problem.

Levrone recovered from a pec tear and did 500 for reps. Why cant joe do 405 for us, thats WAY off of 535 so it should be cake. I personally have a friend who tore his pec badly, didnt get it operated, and worked back up to within 50lbs of his previous max in 2yrs time.

I can remember something else Joe said to make me question his relationship with the truth. It was on a "Whether Personal Training is a good job" thread. Someone brought up a "con" of PTing: If you get hurt, you lose money because you can't train people. Joe mentioned a time when he was injured but didn't lose money because he had someone else train his clients.

Now, unless this person trained Joe's clients for free and gave Joe all the money, I don't see how Joe's statement could be true.

Hmmm. Joe takes his PT'ing seriously, so I'm sure he carefully chose a replacement for his clients as well as making sure he/she was paid for their substitute work. He probably meant that he didn't lose any clients while he was injured.

/i'm sure the replacement's political sympathies were right of center, too
