still 25 45  dont matter those arms need to work with nothing less than 60lb on a bad tired day,,should go up to 100lb for dumbel single arm behind the neck easily even while prep ,,the guy hold still lots of water he playing with penuts,,we all do its disturbing what happened last 20 years

strength has nothing to do with bbing competition. hell, in any training vid, the bbers could simply use fake db's marked at 60lbs and curl them - and none of us would be any wiser.

ROFL!  ;D

I wonder if he realizes yet that The Gift is really just the package in the mail.

haha, no need to be mean to him, TA.  I'm sure Phil puts in his time in the gym and in the kitchen also.

Needs to work on his arms some more ;D

Phil could definietly take the show if he nails his conditioning. All i know is, the O this year might be boring, but the Arnold is gonna be one hell of a show.
No doubt about it...

When looking like that as Phil Heath do u can't say bodybuilding was better in the 80's. He's totally incredible and might be the best build bodybuilder I ever seen.

AC results
1.  victor martinez
2.  phil heath
3.  dexter jackson

my prediction it will be a controversial win for victor, then he will sign with muscletech, then he will win the O, then his oiled up calves will explode while receiving his sandow and then the sport will never be the same

I'll guess between 228-232.

how much of his muscle gain was due to met rx (like he claims) and how much was due to steroids?

He will very likely take the show.
His current condition would put him as one of the better conditioned athletes on stage.

He's in gym lighting....but the Ironman has great lighting too.

Since you = know a lot about health and work in the industry, what damage do you think being a proBB does to ones heart long term? (drugs, extra work load +++)

phil has great arms...
up..
up there with lee ..and levrone... arm wise
i wouldnt say ron though he's on a diff level.. or flex... flex's arms were round as hell..or dillet..
but i think phil will win the mr o eventually in the current climate of bbers..
but the late 90"s
leverone coleman shawn flex cormier...
no
but in this era... he will eventually..
they just need to kill the hype a bit...
but yep... def is a force

choice is an illusion
