I look like regular Joe nowadays. When I actually lived a BB lifestyle age 17/18 people said funny things to me like " do you take steroids, creatine, how many eggs do you eat. My favouriite was "where did you get the muscles form?". I was never big. best shape was 198 at 8% which i could only hold for a few weeks. I didn't drink back then. Now like a lot of Irish i drink whenever i'm not at work so the gym and physique hit the road. Funny thing is when i now meet a big guy/Bb I ask him lots of questions prpobably just like any kid who asked me silly questions when i had muscles.

When i was BIG it was all drugs and hardwork this was nearly 10 years ago when i was on a suicide run,i was at the gym doing lat pulldowns and i heard this guy say to his girlfreind "His all drugs" I thought how insightfull,"How much do you Benchpress"was common as was this skinny kid allways following me around asking questions this skinny kid became a freind to cut a story short and is now at Pro level size 10 years later, hes on everything but has a lucrative job in private high end security and gets asked ridiculous questions now he goes to the gym with headphones and ignores everyone

Im small at 280 most of it love handles and natural how times change as do priorities as you grow older and wiser.
