I didn't make fun of him and I really don't care one way or the other, if it's important to you scan and post the pic then it would be a half way interesting thread, without pics it doesn't make any sense what so ever, there's no pics so there's nothing for me to examine, nothing for me really to comment on.  The simple fact that this thread is still alive is beyond me.

doug had great abs but that was about it, if after all these years he's gotten his arms up to 17.5 then more power to him but without pics this thread is total nonsense.

Here...at the bottom of your "post" between the screen you type in and the "post" button is "additional options" click it...  then click the "browse" button find the file with your pic in it....click your pic and WALLA!! you've posted a picture on the internet...hooray for you!

find the pic at flexonline. right-click on the pic and copy image location.  then create a post on getbig and paste (CTRL-V)

or right-click and view pic.  now copy the url (the http: thingy) and paste it into a posting

or right-click and save pic to your local disk.  then create a post and select Additional Options, select Browse and find the pic on your local disk

or just go to the page on flexonline that has the pic, copy the URL, and paste it to a posting
