Fucking cardio, but I am not blessed with Squatfathers physique so I need to do some Cardio especially after the Christmas time.So to speed up things a little I was thinking to do a 30min Bike after workout... what ya all think?

I do about 30/45 mins on the treadmill. It's great for your metabolism, and you keep up your heartrate for a long time.
for a year and a half i did cardio after every workout, but then i found out how many calories i actually burn in a day and i was surprised. So i would just say clean up you diet and cardio isn't even needed. it is a good exchange!
