These same guys will be in "the club" later that night telling the tales of benching 400lbs while knocking back a few Jager bombs. 405 on a barbell would crush these two lightweights so bad they would never recover. Youtube is such a breeding ground for knuckleheads!

There's no hammer strength machine at my gym, but how many plates on a hammer strength machine would it take to equal 315 on the flat bench?

On that machine 5 plates  a side feels like 315 on a flat bench.  I bet that clown can not even 275 on a flat bench.....

you can't compare the two movements

its like someone hack squating 8 plates and saying they can barbell squat 600lbs+...lol

that guy probably couldn't flat 315 for 6-8 clean reps
