i dont actually call this a cheat meal this is a regular lunch for me...
It isn't a cheat meal at all, the only problem could be the BBQ sauce, which are full of sugar. Could use some more vegetables for a really good meal but it sounds very good.
Marinating chicken is very good in any case.
A few ones i do:
-- soy sauce, garlic, curry powder
-- red wine, pepper
-- red chilis, soy sauce, garlic, onions
it could really be any kind of spice that you can use, just try whatever you like. Mix the marinate, put it into a bowl so that the chicken is covered up and put into the refrigerator for a few hours or even overnight!
