Quick and easy cheat meal

Take one can of baked beans in a small pot while the baked beans are cooking put in two eggs in. Stir in the eggs and simmar for a couple of minutes.

heres a quick and easy CLEAN meal...

BREAKFAST= 2 tablespoons flax seed, half box of wheat bran, two scoops of whey..mix together, stir in some cinnnamon, splenda, little bit of water...

hey candid if you thaw out, season, and grill and then freeze again how long do you think chicken would be good for....also do you think you can freeze tuna..im asking cause i like to make a tuna/chicken sald mixture which i love and im just trying to figure it out for speed and ease...

Awesome cheat meal... Well feels like a cheat meal but its quite low in fat.
Scrambled eggs (2 yolks, 6 whites)
3-4 kangaroo sausages,
Pan fried tomato (no need for oil)
Can of baked beans
2-3 x slices of toast with cottage cheese.
Tomato sauce etc.

Tastes great and is pretty clean. Depending on amount of sausages (2.5 = 1.5g fat, 30g protein) and eggs you can easily get out 80g protein in the one sitting. Huge on the carbs so perfect for a couple house before training.

i marinate chicken in a mixture of hot sauce bb-q sauce and cinnamon which i know sounds gross but its good...you have to make it to your perosnal liking so use a little bit at a time and go bye the smell...i grill it shred take a package of tuna shred it up nice throw it together with about 3-4 hard boiled egg whites diced up in a bit of iceberg salad with a bit of cottage cheese and some cucumbers and olives and thats lunch....

i dont actually call this a cheat meal this is a regular lunch for me...

It isn't a cheat meal at all, the only problem could be the BBQ sauce, which are full of sugar. Could use some more vegetables for a really good meal but it sounds very good.

Marinating chicken is very good in any case.

A few ones i do:

-- soy sauce, garlic, curry powder

-- red wine, pepper

-- red chilis, soy sauce, garlic, onions

it could really be any kind of spice that you can use, just try whatever you like. Mix the marinate, put it into a bowl so that the chicken is covered up and put into the refrigerator for a few hours or even overnight!

I have an italian place where i order from time to time, and they have whole wheat pizza. If you order tuna, it's not even a real cheat meal.
 Lots of good carbs, some fat and protein. Add a salad to it and it's healthy.  ;D

yea but even then youve got some red meat some dairy which is good for you...bacon has some good fats in it... and itll get those calories up there....but i get what your saying so then i guess i really dont ever have a cheat meal...the last time i ate fast food was like 5 months ago and i had a big mac....i know guys who will go to mcdonalds and order chicken sandwich and be like tryin to stay clean....get the fuck outta here....if your going to go there get the good shit...the BIG MAC is where its at with a SS fry....fuck ya...hahaa i might have to go there tonight after the gym...hahaa..

"Cheat meals" are rather an excuse for people whos diet isn't in check to continue to eat the crap they eat all the time.

If you have a good diet, a burger or a pizza every now and then will do more good than damage. Like you said, you NEED some saturated fat and so on.

I disagree with the Adonis-principle BS that you can eat McDonald's all the time, but actually any eating in a restaurant will hardly meet boybuilding standards. (except you only have steak and potato or salad or sushi)

If you want to stay healthy and lean, you should eat at home, and before you get too anal about the food you eat, get lucky and enjoy a restaurant every now and then.  ;D

i agree with you dk i fuckin eat pretty healthy or "clean" def the healthiest out of all the people i hang out with at work and out of work...but i mean its my own thing i do this for me not them...and thats what keeps me happy....but im def getting a big mac after the gym tonight
