On Larry Pepe's PEP TALK show, Heath admits....

1 month form the Ironman - Phil heath weighs 247 today.

He says a lot tighter than the video we've all seen.

Last year at this time, he was 230-232 at one month out.

Phil Heath is 15 to 17 pounds bigger than he was last year. 

The Ironman and Arnold Classic are his.  Fifteen pounds bigger than last year.

Phil was lucky to weigh 212 last year. If (and I think he will) comes in 15 to 20 pounds heavier, Dexter will not have too much of a chance to beat him.

with age will come ability not to be completely honest.

But you know every man at that show is happy they just moved up one spot with Vic out.  anyone who says "i'm mad he's not there, because I want to beat the best" is lying. 

120k for winner, 60k for second place.  That's a lot of reasons to send Vic a get well card and do a little dance.

Phil is gonna be about 230 @ 5'10

Not to mention Dex's back is much better. Dex's condition is legendary, Phil's is not.

I agree. It would have been better if he had said something like, "it changes my game plan for the show" or something like that..

Dex hasn't made any improvements in 4 years...He can't keep bringing the same package and expect to win the whole thing...Its didn't work for Shawn Ray and it won't work for dex...And looking at Dex's offseason pictures, it looks like age is starting to effect that Legendary conditioning...Everyone knows Dex is lazy...Lets see how long he can keep his conditioning when its obvious he is actually getting fat in the offseason...

dexter jackson is quite the bodybuilder as we can see from photos videos and so on and i challenge anyone to say different with that being said, ive said what i came here to say on this particular subject and wish you best of luck in this thread.

 disgusted is right.. dexter has never competed over 220-222.. the biggest he competed was the 07 olympia and he was a shade over 220.. heck, the biggest dex has ever admitted too was 225 at contest and he was exaggerating a bit.. where did you guys get he weighed over 230 pound contest shape?.. dexter himself , before the 07 olympia, said he was 237 pounds when he started the diet.. that is off season..

Dexter would barely hit 235 during the middle of his offseason. He wouldn't be any higher than 215 in contest condition.
