What do you wear working out?
« on: January 22, 2008, 03:37:01 PM »
It's important to be stylish at the gym. The gym is no time to look like a bum!

To give you a good example I can tell you what I wore at my second workout today (naturally I wore something completely different on my first workout)

On my upper body I wore a tight tanktop from Adidas ClimaCool(r) - it really conquers heat and moisture, and keep me cool (and looking cool) at all times.

For my lower body I wore Adidas original Beckenbauer* pants - straight leg, open hem, zip detail adjuster, elasticated drawcord waist. 52% cotton.  48% polyester.

* Franz Beckenbauer, aka der Kaiser ("the emperor") known for his elegant style and being one of the greatest footballers of all time.

What do you wear?

Looks about accurate.

When people ask me how I can be at the gym twice a day - they assume I work out everytime  ::)

Whenever I see a big dude I don't wonder about his training program or his diet or rest. I usually wonder what his posting schedule looks like and what he wears to the gym.

It's a fucked up world we live in when men care more about how much other men lift, than trying to look stylish to attract women at the gym.

Poor damned souls.

Sounds like you mean business in there. Any way we can exchange the baby blue tank for a dark colored spaghetti string?

I bet Squadfather is the type of guy that goes to the gym wearing workboots, american flag pants, wifebeater showing off his fat pale no-definition arms. Sits in a corner for himself with one eye on how much other guys lift and the other a pissed off stare at guys half his size pulling all the chicks!

Hahaha gayer than powerlifting

epic deflection of my earlier question, so was it shoulders or legs that you "trained" in your second "workout"?

Chest in my first workout, shoulders in my second. What is it you fail to understand?
