yeah but hazbin you look like you have really thick bone structure...phil has got tiny bones/joints and a pretty small waist.

im guessing phil weighs 240 in shape.

good point. i trained for close to 30 years and most of it was too heavy. (i'm over 40 and near crippled half the time) i think the ligament growth from heavy training increased my insertion size, reducing the joint to muscle peak ratios.

I don't think that has any affect. Your muscles structure is there to stay. The only change we can do is making em bigger or smaller...
