Ill take Lesnar!  Used to watch him wrestle for Univ. of MN. Hes too tough to lose.  He trains too hard to lose.  He is probably training harder than any other fighter right now.  You cannot beat a wrestler who gets serious.  Ask any UFC fighters, they hate wrestlers because they pick up UFC so quickly and easily and excel at it very fast.

Lesner should have stayed in the WWE. More cash.

250+ days a year on the road and all the wear and tear on your body is a big incentive to leave 'wrestling' and go mma.

Lesnars cardio always seemed to be on the ball with amateur wrestling so I dont think that will be too much of an issue - if I rememer right though Mirs cardio has been suspect in the past.

Lesnar is a smart guy, he knows that wrestling will always be there so why not try your hand at other things.  NFL didn't work out but I am sure that he got paid, the practice squad guys make more than the top bodybuilders and more than most wrestlers.

in MMA he will fight 2/3 times per year and make good money..also if he is successfull he will be able to negotiate with the WWE from a position of strength.

also to me (I have no proof of this) the WWE seems to be dying a slow death where as MMA has taken off.  Vince McMahon is a smart guy and is probably trying to capture some of MMA's fame so I expect him to try and start a new MMA federation...so he might throw big money at Lesnar

I don't think any of the heavyweights really stand much of a chance against lesner.  His wrestling background  should allow him to manhandle most of his opponents.

if you wrestle at any level and are any good at it you have to be conditioned, the practices are too damn hard not to get into shape, either you keep up or you get your ass beat.  I would practice with a team right now to tell you the truth, everyday was hard as hell but I got in great shape doing it.

Right now Lesner is working with another 2 time NCAA champion Cole Konrad to freshen up on his wrestling skills.

And don't forget that at 265 he moves like he is 190.  Look up the old clip of him doing the shooting star press.  (Not the one with Angle that almost got him killed.)

There is no one else in the UFC as big and as powerful as Brock is, it all matters on if he can withstand punches to the face and what his tolerance is.  I see him just over powering everyone he will fight.

Lesnar has potential, but he has a long way to go before he can handle top level MMA fighters.  He is fortunate that the UFC Heavyweight division is pretty weak and that they are feeding him washed up champs like Mir.  I will tell you this.  If Mir shows up with half the confidence and condition that he had B4 his bike accident, he will destroy Lesnar...
