Here's a typical day in his diet :
Breakfast
300 ml water
50 g oatmeal with artificial sweetener and cinnamon
cofee / artificial sweetener / 500 mg aspirin
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
1 g vitamin C
Lunch
grilled lean steak , as big as he wants it
white cabbage salad , minced , mixed with salt , pepper , olive oil and lemon juice
300 ml water
Dinner
Green salad ( tomatoes , cucumbers , onion , red bell peppers ) mixed with 1/2 an avocado , 5 eggwhites , olive oil , salt , pepper , lemon juice ( squeezed ) , handfull of almonds
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
1 g vitamin C
300 ml water
He has to drink 3 liters of water daily , spread evenly over the course of the entire day . He also get another 30-40 g of almonds to chew daily whenever he wants. This is a guy who sits on his ass all day , is about 25 - 30 lbs overweight .
Not to forget : he gets one big cheat meal every 5th day of dieting, when he can eat whatever he wants.
