I don't know, i was just a little disappointed about the "eat 1g protein per lb bodyweight, or 1.5g or 2g and carbs and fat you will have to try out..."
I just can't see myself as any of the three types that are stated everywhere. It took me about 3 years playing with my diet to know what suits me best, and i am still learning and adjusting.
I was hoping for a new way of thinking or a breakthrough or whatever.
If i had paid for that seminar i would have been pretty pissed off i guess. Nothing against Milos, what he says is all good, it's just very basic.
