It appears to be a (paid for) seminar someone videotaped.  Out of respect, it only seems right to have his permission to give away his presentation for free.

I thought maybe he had a little on supplements and WO nutrition...

I don't know, i was just a little disappointed about the "eat 1g protein per lb bodyweight, or 1.5g or 2g and carbs and fat you will have to try out..."

I just can't see myself as any of the three types that are stated everywhere. It took me about 3 years playing with my diet to know what suits me best, and i am still learning and adjusting.
I was hoping for a new way of thinking or a breakthrough or whatever.

If i had paid for that seminar i would have been pretty pissed off i guess. Nothing against Milos, what he says is all good, it's just very basic.

It's not advanced by any means, but it is good basic information that a lot of people lack. It's explained in good detail and in a way that someone without a nutrition background can easily understand. I guess his target audience is more of the novice crowd.

I think it's very cool of him to let it be posted for free viewing.
