My wife just got Billy Blanks Tao-Bo AMPED.
I tried it for the first time last night. My thoughts.... I'm in
terrible cardio and stamina shape.
Using that 3lb amp bar can be killer on some movements.
I remember using the original tao-bo tapes 10 years ago, but I've focused
so much on lifting weights, I stopped using them. Even now, I'll do a treadmill,
or elliptical once in a while but not much.
Have any of you used any of these workout vids like Tao-Bo, P90X, Buns of Steel, etc,
or work out to shows like ESPN's Gilad Jan*!wicz?
Do you find them useful in attaining your fitness goals.
