Trained like a beast, a bit to much of know-it-all, died to young, shoulda beat Arnold at the O.

got addicted to meth towards the end, made him go crazy, and yes he def should have beaten arnold at least once, but arnold knew how to suck papa weiders dick better than him

told people to work a body once per month (12 times per year)

I got to meet him and Boyer Coe at a
small seminar they did in my city in 1981-82.
I got to talk to both of them quite a bit
because I was an inquisitive 16 year old.
He was still in good shape and big.
His training theories in part had a lot of validity.
Just listen to the 1st 15 seconds of this video.

Validity for sure, though Mike got obsessed by the volume dilemma... Arnold was a high volume guy and Mike was keen on proofing him wrong - for all eternity  8)
I've read Mentzer's 5 books and tried it to a T for about 2 months.... though this is very short if you take into consideration I trained every 5 or 9 days.

Mentzer, Coe, Zane, even Dickerson, Roger Walker, Roy Callender and possibly even Tinnerino due to conditioning all were superior to Arnold that day.

That is likely true...Waller was very strong, played football as a pro in Canada, and was known to be a fighter
