testosterone (prop or suspnsion and most natural get good suspnesion from europe like aquaviron etc)
growth hormone
nandrolone and or eq
oxandrolone or halotestin or trenbolone ace (optional)
optional insulin (naturals do use it but to lesser degree)
optinal dianabol/anapolon (naturals try to stay away from this)

that will pretty much constitute a natural lifter/competitor cycle for adding 15 lb in 1 or 2 years,, many of them try to eliminate duretics but in most cases they use mild duretics too

Ron Harris *lost* 15lbs between 2005 and 2007. I was asking McFarland if he thought Ron should have lost much more by going totally clean.

As far as me being 'clean' since Feb of 2006, I have been using two Gaspari products, Novedex and Halodrol. In '06 I was using the old Halo's which were in hard tablet form. Those went off the market and there was talk that they were actually steroids (Turinabol)? Since then I have been using the Halo liquigels. Since many naturals consider these products to be 'hormones,' an argument could be made that I am still on something. But as far as REAL AAS, I swear to God I haven't touched them in two years. Besides which, I always seemed to respond about the same whether my weekly gear totals were 750 mg. or 1,500 mg plus, so I would not have lost much size or weight if I were still using. But believe what you want to.

Spoony Luv, thanks for pointing out that I do not resemble Brad Pitt or George Clooney. No, I don't think being mroe handsome would have made a difference in the many physique contests I have competed in.

And I do post on many threads on the MD board. I don't have time to be on other boards because I work, I train, and I have two kids whose lives I am very much involved in. I post on MD because that's where I make most of my money from. GetBig doesn't pay any of my bills, as entertaining as it can be at times.
