ok i dislocated my shoulder in the wrestling ring. i have a few questions that are killing me. (taking my mri on thursday)

1. ok my shoulder has been back in place for a week if no muscles are torn and theres no surgery how long will it take to get back in the gym...and will i be limited to excersises for life such as dumbbell flys and side laterals etc...

2. if my rotater cuff is torn and surgery takes place how long will it take to get back in the gym and will i still be limited after a full recovery

keep in mind im 19 so youth is on my side
