"The Viking" should know better to mix gear, 60 iu's of slin, and rec. drugs. If not him then someone around him. Shame, Big Bones would have told him.

Of course I charge, why not? but my financial world would not by any means collapse if I stopped training people. In fact, I have started to cut back since it takes up too much of my free time but anyway..

People that know me on here know that I don't sugar coat anything. Rec drugs are a huge problem in this sport. I have seen many people run into some problems with using rec drugs whether they lifted or not. Which scenario is better. A natural BB who does coke on a daily baisis or a "user" who does 1200 mgs a week for a show for 12 to 16 weeks and never does rec drugs? I have said before that I am not for the abuse of steroids or anything for that matter. It's just that you can take a hell of a lot more steroids and not overdose so therefore the abuse dose is not really set in stone.
i respect you Jim but you're not honestly trying to suggest that pros and guys of Erik's size are only taking 1200mg. a week are you?

Of course not BUT when using slin use can get away with using 1200mgs of gear a week and get pro size depending on your genetics. Not that I'm condoning slin use.

What gear would I need to do to maintain 220 and lean?  I can't seem to progress at all beyond 200.

Sad news, he was a one time considered a top contender for a pro card but kinda fell out of the scene the past few years. Hearing news like this makes me want to straighten my shit out and get everything under control.

He's saying it's ok if you replace the other 4 grams with insulin.

It's a vicious circle, I'm annoyed that people actually come on here and state that it's not unhealthy and that "nothing has been proven" b.s.

Erik was a solid competitor. I never knew his nickname was "The Viking"  maybe a nickname from LT.

I feel really bad for his family and loved ones. Rip Erik

If u knew Erik at all, u knew his real passion was his art. He was a talented guy who expressed himself creatively through his drawings. Like many of us, he had his demons, but let's remember him for the kind-hearted gentle giant he was and not for the efforts he made to impress the world.

His comment was a bit harsh, but all you drug glorifying crying for mass monsters are really one of the major problems why BB is going downhill.

the step to drugs is so much closer when you already take lots of different medication and pain killers.

Too many forget that behind the physique is a person no different then any of us which is exactly the reason we attack some guys and leave others alone despite how they looked on stage.

True story, he would get $1500 a month from Muscle Tech plus supplements. So what he would do is sell the supplements to stores, and anybody that would by them.He had a great sense of humor. One time I told him "Eric you got up to 315lbs by using Cell Tech, and Stacking it with Nitro-Tech".He said you got it, as he smiled, he then said, "one of these days I am thinking about trying the protein powder out".That was after he was with Muscle Tech for atleast 2 years, lol .
Eric was a great athlete, and was a nice guy, it is sad to see such a loss R.I.P.

A lot of people have their "deamons"/self destructive habits, just like this guy. It still don't change the fact that it was a damn shame he died so young.

RIP.

Erik, your family pleaded with you to get help for your multiple addictions; you ignored them!

Erik, you chose to party with the likes of Chris Cormier and ended up becoming addicted to meth and Nubain!

Yes, you maybe just another dead 'drug addicted' bodybuilder Erik, but it is your family that will now have to bury you!

Erik Fromm, another selfish and vanity obsessed roider who will only be missed by his family!

Dead before anybody even cared who he was. Sad
He was actually fairly well known , placing top 5 in National shows consistently and had a Muscle Tech contract. He was doing great for a amateur, and I always thought he would eventually turn Pro, then he dissapeared from the scene a couple of years ago.

300 pounds of muscle = a lot of muscle that needs blood, high BP, heart, kidney and liver strains, recreational drugs and so on and so on and so on. The body can take some of it, but not in mass quantities over a decade or more.
