Abductors Anonymous

Ok I must admit, all those years I've never, not even once, tried the Abductor machine... anyone here used it?

Post your opinions on it, maybe I'm missing out here 

I did see Jay Cutler use it in his latest DVD

i used it a couple of times.  I think you can get great resuilts with the compound exerise. But if you need to  hit an area then the adductor and abductor is good.

They don't have one at my gym hence it probably isn't necessary, hence I've never felt the need to use it.

Feel pretty gay on it, but if done right those dang machines bring some awesome results

Not gonna lie, I'd use it but only if no one was around. I tried it for like two reps one day when no one was lookin....

lol, my gym doesn't have one. I usually don't care what people see me do in the gym, but that is one machine even i would be hesitant to use if other people were there

Whenever I go commando with my daisy dukes on and ripped sleeveless flannel shirt, I hit the abductor machine like a beast.

I use it all the time, especially as a pre-exhaust before a compound leg movement.

My gym has one and its very popular even with the guys - it appears to work and yield decent results. Using it in a compound ex appears to bring out the best results.
