it isn't "nitro" it's nitrous oxide...N2O. .."Nitro" is Nitromethane as in Top Fuel/ Funny cars.

 It is laughing gas like at the dentist...only they do add something to it to make it poisonous to prevent people from using it to get high.


Thanks for the clarification, either case I don't see the point.

  yeah..I seen a thing on tv about that engine...will be a torque monster

It was a little disapointing yesterday, came out at 410 and 610 at the crank.. fuel pressure kept dropping. They fucked something up.

    I can't say about the propane but the point of Nitrous Oxide is it adds an enormous amount of oxygen to the intake charge, thus allowing more fuel to be burned...creating more cylinder preasure.

  Cylinder preasure = power
 
 

    610 ft lbs of torque is nothin' to sneeze at.  :)

    So you dyno this on an engine dyno or a chasis dyno?

   What do those things have from the factory? Engine size/type  I mean...
