i finally scanned this pic from flex 2003 june issue....
in a future issue one of ernies fans wrote in and asked him if he really did 405 extensions ernie said yes...

Think about it, how would he get the weight into position? Someone going to hand it off to him? No. Is he going to lift it overhead by himself? No.

So he'd basically have to deadlift that up to his lap, then throw it up to his shoulder, shoulder press it over his head, then do reps with it as tri extensions?
