how old?  how much do you weigh and what do your arms measure?

you can't have huge arms if you only weigh in at 160lbs that's why I ask for the weight and arm measurement

I'm 5 2, 145 pounds.  arms way behind rest of body in development.

i can only make it to the gym 4 days a week.

if i give arms their own day, i never train shoulders :(

#1 - legs
#2 - chest/bi
#3 - back/traps
#4 - shoulder/tri

OR

#1 - legs
#2 - chest/shoulders
#3 - back/traps
#4 - bi/tri

i personally like to train shoulders with chest.....start with incline, then flat bench, then military, and follow up with iso's like lat raises, flies, upright rows

I'd give arms their own day. On that day I'd superset curls/pushdowns, closegrip bp/alternate curls, preacher curls with/behind the neck dumbell raises. Of course I work triceps with chest and biceps with delts because I can't seem to give the arms an alternate day, but if I could, then I'd have a seperate day where I'd do nothing but superset. Nothing pumps up your arms like supersets.

i always never understand how people can train a pus muscle with a pull muscle
chest and bis..  and then train back the other day...
that means if u did bis they are already fried for back the next day...

good catch. But push/pull in alternating or supersetting fashion can be quite effective! You can absolutely get an awesome chest and back workout in the same workout.  8)

Ok, I'll throw in my 2 cents.
This is a routine I've been using with great results...

1- Chest / front & side delts
2- Back / rear delts / traps
3- off
4- Arms
5- Legs
6- off

Heres the best advice i can give you, EAT!!!!!!!!!!

Your arms arent the only thing lagging if your 145lbs.

The best arm workout you can do is the one bring your spoon up to your mouth. Keep repeating that for about six months and you'll be alright.

what dont you understand?  i just started a push/pull split i hit chest and back and then shoulders/arms/traps great "pump"  and sometimes if im going heavy ill cycle through each body part....ex do deads then flat bench then t-bar rows then incline then pulldowns then decline then straight arm pullovers then cable flyes...

if you work your biceps with chest the day before...there is no way you will have a 100% back workout the next day because ur bis will be fried
