Q ] What's your final week of prep like? I think I read you carbed up on pie filling for the Night of Champions a few years back. Have you changed that approach?

Kamali: I don't know, brother. You will have to ask Milos that one, I will be living with him the final week before the Iron Man.

Ya know, love him or hate him or whatever, ya gotta admit most of us would like to see King have one more run as a decent pro. Larry Pepe made the point, that it has been a LOOOOOOOOOOONG time since KING was ripped to the bone and ready at pro show.
Who knows, I for one for like to see him come in really sharp this year.

That is total bullshit.  What I'd like to see is the guy face the reality that all the people he is namedropping that he's supposedly beaten are worlds ahead of him. 

There's every chance he works far harder than them but he's genetically cursed.  King has a shit body for professional bodybuilding.

Its hard to like the guy with all these stupid claims.  Anybody can see that Dennis Wolf had him beat that contest where he got a gift ahead of him.

Its also hard to stomach the fact he has decided he is now black.

he has been bodybuilding how long and he needs to live and someones house for a week to tell him what to do to get ready for a contest?

The funny thing is people pay to see guys like kamali at seminars for advice on training and dieting , yet these retards still have to hire someone to get thier own fat asses into shape!

pro bodybuilding is the most comical thing going...

They hire people to help them with their drug regime.  Thats the type of experience that is worth buying.  Being a guinea pig is a bad idea.
