Fucking unreal.

Great shape.

Only problem is he has some OBVIOUS synthol in his tri/delt are, other than that he looks like a champ.

Totally agree, always under rated, and usually gets a 3rd or 4th when he should get a first place.

He only competed 2 times in 2007:

10th at 2007 Atlantic City Pro
6th at 2007 Montreal Pro Classic

He was under-rated before !

He looks great, small waist, but i still feel his hamstring and glutes will still be under developed and hold him back in the show.

lol u seem to be follwing me around this site lol!, yeh im a night person, i hate mornings. I also train late at night so it takes awhile for my body & mind to settle down.

I think the development is fine and the problem is conditioning in that area.

im far from a expert but is there oil in that rear delt? but troy looks very good. if his lower body can grt as dry as his upper body, a top 5 finish you couldn't argure with. very pleasing physique
