you all are about to witness a metamorphisis no longer the waddy aka Johnny Falcon at 11 percent. Johnny Falcon will be at 2 percent bodyfat with my new diet with beautiful skin! i have finally figured out the ultra method

all the haters will be hating no doubt about it!

my new training consists of

no weight lunges only body weight

300 in the morning

100 pushups

before work
after work
300 -500more bodyweight lunges
one are dumbell rows with the 65 pound dumbell totally 200 per arm in reps
100 pushups
300 curls and upright rows with the 35 pound dumbells

if you get down to 2% i'll be shocked

in my experience it's a real bitch keeping sub 5% but sub 6% wasn't that tough

the leanest ive been was maybe 8 percent so far, im gonna be wicked.

And, lastly, what does a name change have to do with getting down to 2% body fat, which we all know he can't achieve, especially if he's never been lower than 8% IN HIS OWN WORDS:

Good luck my little twig, I got down to 3-4% but also lost some muscle in the process and ended up at 215. No point holding it for a while and going about daily things.
