Problem with Syntha 6 is half the scoop is carbs and fats. When I buy a protein, I want to make sure it is a high percentage of protein per scoop.
EXAMPLE:
BSN Syntha 6
Total Scoop Size: 50 G.
Protein: 25 g.
((50% Protein))
For comparission sake, Max Muscle Hi 5 which is a blend of protein I use. Get a good deal from a buddy that runs one.
Total Scoop Size: 32 G.
Protein: 26 g.
((81% Protein))
