Interview was great, the guy was like the fucking Rain Man spoke 4 languages and has a real good knowledge of Customer care and Computer/Database.

So think of my surprised when I called the company Doctor to find out that he failed the Medical Test, after digging a little she told me he failed due to, Dope and Steroids... I was like WHAT?!?

He was looking like one of the guys from "The IT Crowd" skinny sluggish type, I told her she must have made a mistake laughing my ass off and she said she was surprised as well, but had prove

Since when do corporations test for 'roids?  I've never heard of that.  Why would they spend the money?  All they normally look at is recs, to make sure a cokehead or heroin addict isn't working for them.

The companies I have worked for don't test for anything specific.  Generally, you do a piss test and the urinalysis company sends back if your levels are high on anything.  For example, ECA will trigger an amphetamine flag, which is why you state you take ephedrine beforehand in the test paperwork.  I don't see why steroids would be out of the question for companies to get data on, provided their is some marker in the urine that could be informative about it.
