i agree with candidate to an extent....looking at a more primal time of human existance shows what our bodies really need and don't
need....basically anything natural
i do not agree with eating 10,000 calories a day.....back when people would take down an animal to feed their tribe, i am sure they
did not sit down and eat that many calories, plus they probably only ate a couple times a day because they had to hunt and gather
food supplies
personally, my body does not like a lot of carbs....many of them tend to make me bloated....i seem to digest fruits/certain veggies/potatoes/rice
fine....but some of the others have me blowing my horn all day
candidate should probably settle down and start studying the effects of huge releases of cortisol, then he might stop flipping his lid
