Dexter is standing close to the camera because he looks bigger than Victor in that picture.

What do you guys think of MD? I think they have some great cutting edge content. There are a lot of ads, but still a lot of good information and you can always just skip past the ads.

Either they're morphed or they're the only magazine to ever utilize amazing angles and photo technology to always make their "athletes" look 20lbs heavier on their covers than in all other pictures of them.

Did you read M&F this month? They have some article that is a training/nutrition program designed to put on 10lbs of muscle in a month.

And it is 2 weeks of heavy weight in 6-8rep range, and 2 weeks of 12 or so reps. Nothing special about the training at all, it is just straight sets, and...

the nutrition piece of it calls for 5000 calories for a 180lb dude, HAHAHAHAHAH! Of course you are going to put on weight, and stupid fucks are gonna think its all muscle.

lol, yeah, the pictures are likely altered. I don't recall Dexter being bigger and taller than Victor although I could be wrong.

Toney Freeman may not be the biggest and most ripped BB
But he is looking very good onstage with the xframe and no gut presentation.
If it was just mass and beeing ripped then Palumbo and Kovacs should place in top 3

Dex is looking a bit smooth on the cover compared to Freeman.
