Not sure.  I was a little over 230 in the pics where I'm lean.  I'd like to say I could get into similar condidtion at 245, but Its really difficult to say.

Yeah, my arms don't have a very good peak, so pictures can be very decieving when I'm hitting a front double bi.  They look much bigger when I lean out and get more definition.  I've got a pretty big frame, so I don't carry 280 the same way many would.
