There is a HUGE size difference between Titty Boy bulked and Titty Boy in contest shape.....

And looking at the McGrath pic it loosk like Titty Boy could be following the Derek Anthony Synthol for Size arm routine...does Titty Boys arms look suspect to anyone else???

id agree that titty boy looks good OFFSEASON, as soon as he diets down those titties look even worse, if i was him i wouldn't compete hell even juice ever again til he gets that shit fixed, some pros may have a bit of gyno, but those are full blown female tits....and even on stage he looks like shit:)
