I do drink beer on the weekeneds, but no hard liquor though. Some beer or wine does the body and mind good.

Its going good, i just trained like 10 days straigth, each day one bodypart, 3 hard working sets dorian style. I sleap less, drink a lot of coffee, but the main thing that gave me the edge is Whey protein i drink 7 scoops a day with water, it makes me grow, even on low carbs. It was a huge change for training and growing when i increased my rpotein intake by 3 X times! I all of sudden look bigger even when trying to ditch adipose tisue.
