If Whateva decides to do the show then he'd beat everyone hands down..

If everyone is gonna post something, then I might as well. I am chubby and liking it because I can actually lift heavy and not lose size or look skinny.  ;D

Excellent triceps jockey, what do you do for them? very good long cuts on the long head.

Dips, closegrip benchpress and push downs.

Right now I am focusing on adding some leg size because my legs are lagging. Although they are showing signs of improvement with squatting and stiff legged deads.

Also eating pretty clean. No candy, alcohol and other garbage.

One or 2 beer's wont do you any damage if consumed at nighttime when you re done lifting. I would keep the reps high and would add some high reps lunges, they build hams like no other excersize. If the protein intake is high they have no choice but to grow.

I do drink beer on the weekeneds, but no hard liquor though. Some beer or wine does the body and mind good.

Its going good, i just trained like 10 days straigth, each day one bodypart, 3 hard working sets dorian style. I sleap less, drink a lot of coffee, but the main thing that gave me the edge is Whey protein i drink 7 scoops a day with water, it makes me grow, even on low carbs. It was a huge change for training and growing when i increased my rpotein intake by 3 X times! I all of sudden look bigger even when trying to ditch adipose tisue.
