how often do you guys have a true cheat day?

once a week?

once a month?

Probably once a week, with another day of mostly clean but one meal of junk and some candy.

You guys ever have a weakness that you just cannot beat no matter what?

I'm talking something you crave in your bones?  You go to sleep thinking about it, and wake up thinking about it?

Nope, nothing.  I don't have an addictive personality, and even if I did, my personality is such where I would stop myself before getting addicted.  So barring being drugged with opiates or something like that, it would never happen.  I am extremely grateful for that.

Internet Porn.  Sometimes, I'd rather rub one out to an online video, than get laid.  Sad, but true. ;)

lmao!
a while back i started a thread about HOSTESS CUPCAKES. the only way to beat them is to not buy them when you go to the store. if they get inside your house, nothing can save you.

The less sugar you eat the less you will crave eventually. if you dont buy it you wont eat it.  Use sugar in your coffe that should be enough.

My addiction so far, coffee, cigarets, antidepressant. I dont want to beat any of these.

What i did beat is gambling.

If you want to beat any addiction, here is the thing, its easy quitting, but what happens most of the time is that you fall back to it after some time, thats ebcause you havent replaced with anything else. Replace it with something positive, you need to gain something else that gives you the same joy as the sweets.

Exactly, why is it so hard not to buy something?

They definetly do take a toll on the plumbing!  Any time I go through St. Louis I'll get a large sack of chicken rings, mozzarella sticks, 6 white castles, and 2 fries.  By the last few bites my stomach hurts so bad but I suck it up and force that shit down. ;D

hahahhaa, dude we were in fuccking pain, that son of a bitch could eat, he was one of those guys who would eat once a day but he could EAT, we had a breakfast place kind of like Denny's that closed down awhile back called Shoney's that had a buffet and that fuccker would eat 8-9 plates full of eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, etc.

No, but you just made me want a king dong so bad, for the old schoolers they used to come wrapped in tin foil. I saw them in the store the other day and came so close to getting them, we got Almonds instead, not quite the same :(, but Cheese corn is my weakness, use to tell myself it wasn't the worst snack in the world, but when you eat a whole bag and make yourself sick that can't be good.
