Ja, beschissen drauf bin ich eigentlich immer zur Zeit, so eine Mischung aus Schlafentzug und voellig entleerten Glykogenspeichern....
But than again, I don;t think I go totaly without carbs, I deffiantly lower my carbs to a level most normal people wouldn't do, but my diet contains mostly out of Salads from the Company Salad bar (the Companies Canteen is extremly health driven).
Of course these Salads don't contain any sugar, but there is the odd low fat mayo and other things I believe contain a little Carbs.
However I ahve lost 6 kilos since 2 month so I know I'm doing good.
Again I have fucked up a little by not taking enough fats, Sexdrive is a little down but I started again to take 2 table spoon Flaxseed oil, Natural Almond Butter (without breat of course) and Fishoil in the evening.
